HOW IT STARTED
Texarkana Historic Properties traces its roots back to a humble beginning with the acquisition of the Ritchie Grocery building. Over the years, our commitment to preserving Texarkana's history has grown, encompassing the renovation of the Gallery, the restoration of the iconic Banana Club, and now embarking on the transformative journey of revitalizing the Texarkana National Bank building. We are proud of our journey and excited about the historic future we're crafting for our community.
